Small, specific and time-boxed. A June 2026 offer asked for a $60 deposit and $20 of spend on instant wins to unlock $20 in promo cash, one per account, with Prince Edward Island excluded.

WebCash is the route if you would rather not use a card at all. You buy it from any Atlantic Lottery retailer in any amount from $5 to $80, and it never expires. Note the mismatch: vouchers start at $5 while the funding minimum is $10, so a single $5 voucher will not cover a deposit on its own.
PayPal has its own catch. ALC requires a valid credit card linked to your PayPal account for gambling transactions, even though you can then fund it from your bank account rather than that card.
